For orders placed at a CADEX retailer, please contact your retailer. For Click & Collect orders please fill out our contact form and include your Order Confirmation number that you can find in your original Order Confirmation email.

How does Click & Collect work?

CADEX has retailers in convenient locations all around the country, once a Click & Collect order is placed the processing begins immediately.

Orders will be shipped through our local carriers and most orders should be available for collection within 7 business days depending on location. You will receive an e-mail after your order has shipped to your retailer.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Apple Pay, ZIP and Afterpay as forms of payment.

What do the Stock Status mean?
In Stock, the item is available to be ordered from our national warehouse.
Contact Store, the item is currently unavailable in our national warehouse, in this instance we recommend contacting your local store who may have the item in stock. You can also choose to be notified via email once the item becomes available in our national warehouse.

What are the shipping restrictions?
At this time we only ship customer orders to authorised CADEX retailers located in Australia. If you are located in another country please check with your local CADEX retailer for product offerings and availability.

How do I find a retailer?

Please visit our store finder to locate your nearest CADEX retailer.

We strive to support independent retailers who in turn represent the CADEX brand at all levels.
Unfortunately, we are not able to have a retailer in every community.

We recommend you print your completed registration form before exiting the page for your records.

Return Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy for items purchased online through Click & Collect. To find out more please read the return policy section over on our Terms & Conditions of Sale page here. Please ensure you attach an accompanying Returns Form with your return. Please note our return policy does not cover items purchased in-store, for in-store purchases and their return policy, please reach out to your local CADEX retailer.

5 Year Incident Replacement Program

At CADEX, not only do we aim to deliver the best ride experience but also provide excellent after sales support for our customers. As well as the standard 2-year manufacturer’s warranty on CADEX wheels, handlebars & saddles, you can also sign up for our 5-year Incident Replacement Program.

In order to qualify for the 5-year Incident Replacement Program you must register your new CADEX wheels, handlebars &/or saddle online here within the first 8 weeks of the purchase date.

In the event of a crash, accident or other incident in which the product is damaged, the 5-year Incident Replacement Program enables you to receive a 50% discount when purchasing a new replacement CADEX wheel, handlebar or saddle. If the same model is no longer available an equivalent CADEX product from the most recent line-up can be purchased with a 50% discount based on the Suggested Retail Price of the original product.

In certain instances, there may be additional costs to make the replacement CADEX product compatible with your bicycle for which we are not responsible. This program is limited to the original owner of the product & the customer may be responsible for shipping costs to their local authorised CADEX retailer and will be responsible for shipping costs to return the damaged product for disposal. This program is also dependant on a valid proof of purchase being uploaded at the time of registration.

What is our Warranty Policy?

To help resolve any warranty and product related issues that you may have as fast as possible, we've put together a list of frequently asked questions - please take the time to read the FAQ's below before reaching out to us directly.

If you can't find the answer here - please contact your local authorised CADEX retailer. Your local authorised retailer is extremely knowledgeable with vast experience of our products and in the majority of cases they will be able to resolve the issue or answer your question quickly.

Please note that if you have a question that requires a physical inspection, we cannot answer this via our social media channels or email so please take your product back to your local authorised retailer for them to examine.

We also ask that any questions relating to quality, function or setup that you talk to your local authorised retailer because these tend to need a hands on approach to find a satisfactory answer or solution.

What is the warranty on my CADEX product?

When you buy a new CADEX product (or a new bike specified with CADEX components) through an authorised CADEX retailer, it comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. Consumable components such as tyres, rim tape, brake pads and bearings are not covered by this warranty. Any damage to CADEX WheelSystems caused by using non-CADEX recommended brake pads or tyres is not covered. Warranty duration and details may vary by country.

How do I make a warranty claim?

With all warranty claims please take your product to your local authorised retailer with the proof of purchase - all claims must be made through an authorised CADEX retailer.

No CADEX warranty and nothing in these terms and conditions limits the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law in any way. In some circumstances your rights under those guarantees may be greater than your rights under the applicable CADEX warranty, in which case CADEX will always honour your rights under the guarantees.
