2-YEAR WARRANTY
When you buy a new CADEX product (or a new bike specified with CADEX components) through an authorized CADEX retailer, it comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. Consumable components such as tyres, rim tape, brake pads and bearings are not covered by this warranty. Any damage to CADEX WheelSystems caused by using non-CADEX recommended brake pads or tyres is not covered. Warranty duration and details may vary by country.
5-YEAR INCIDENT REPLACEMENT PROGRAM
Register your new CADEX product on the CADEX website within 8 weeks of the purchase date, and you’ll be enrolled in our 5-year, 50% discount incident replacement program. If the product gets damaged, you can return it and purchase a new replacement at a 50% discount (based on the price of the original product). If the same model is no longer available, a CADEX product from the most recent lineup can be purchased with a 50% discount. (In this case there may be additional costs to make the replacement compatible for which CADEX is not responsible). This program is limited to the original owner of the product, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
LIMITED WARRANTY
CADEX warrants for the original owner under limited conditions that the frame, rigid fork, original component parts, rider gear or service gear of each new CADEX product (CADEX brand framesets) to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the below specified periods. This warranty applies only to, framesets and gear originally purchased new from, and assembled by, an Authorised CADEX Dealer or Giant Group’s online webstores (CADEX webstore).

Warranty for 3rd-party components is covered by the warranty guidelines of the original brand. For Second owners, please refer to below Policy.
SECOND OWNER WARRANTY
To be environmentally responsible and encourage a circular economy, registered bicycles will have the original Frame warranty extended to the second owner for 2 years (other successive owners are not included and other parts are not included). The warranty period remains effective from the original purchase date by the first owner.

For second owners to be eligible for our Second Owner Warranty, we require the original receipt, a copy of the bike registration confirmation email and a bill of sale from the original owner.
LIMITED REMEDY
Unless otherwise provided, the sole remedy under the above warranty, or any implied warranty, is limited to the replacement of defective parts with those of equal or greater value at the sole discretion of CADEX. This warranty extends from the date of purchase, applies only to the original owner, and is not transferable unless the bicycle is registered. In no event shall CADEX be responsible for any direct, incidental or consequential damages, including, without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic losses, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, product liability, or any other theory.
