2X Australian Long Course Champion (2020, 2022)
A former track and cross-country runner for Providence College in the U.S., Grace Thek switched to triathlon following a string of running injuries and never looked back. The two-time Australian Long Course national champion (2020, 2022) is also a physiotherapist and pilates instructor.

| Favorite event | Geelong 70.3. It was my first 70.3 and my first pro race in 2018. I’ve raced it (and podiumed) every year since! I love racing in Australia and consider this race a hometown race for me so it is really special to be able to race in front of family and friends. |
| How did you start in triathlon? | While I dabbled in triathlons in my teenage years, it was in fact some injuries from running track and XC that led me back to triathlon at age 23. I really enjoyed the variation of swim, bike and run training and decided to make the switch to triathlons upon graduation from college. |
| What do you carry on a long ride? | Snacks, spare kit, phone, card, and more snacks! |
| Favorite place to train | Girona (Spain) is incredible for riding! Great roads, great routes and courteous drivers! |
