Norwegian Kristian Blummenfelt stands alone as the only triathlete to hold the Olympic, World Triathlon and Ironman World Champion's titles at the same time. Known for his intense training regime, which can go up to eight hours a day, Kristian realized a lifelong dream when he won the Olympic gold medal at the Tokyo Olympics in 2021. He followed that up by winning the World Triathlon Championship. After that, Kristian turned his attention to the full Ironman distance and stunned the triathlon world when he won his first ever Ironman event in Cozumel, Mexico, with a record-setting time of 7:21:12. In 2022 he made history once again, winning the Ironman World Championship race in St. George, Utah. Having captured every major title in triathlon, Kristian then took on a new challenge, the Pho3nix Sub7 event, an effort to complete an Ironman distance event in under 7 hours. Working with pacers, he shattered the mark with a time of 6:44:26. Kristian races on the CADEX Tri frameset with a full quiver of CADEX WheelSystems he uses for training and racing.

Intro to triathlon | I grew up as a swimmer who never learned "how to swim," but I had a huge engine. So my swim coach back then thought I had much bigger talent outside of the pool and advised me to give triathlon a try... Since then, triathlon has been my life. |

Indoor cycling, or brave the winter conditions? | Or escape the winter for a training camp in a warm place, ha ha! We normally do lots of camps over the winter, but the efficiency and simplicity of riding on a trainer is really good, too. |
