CADEX Wheels Limited Lifetime Warranty Policy

I. Limited Lifetime Warranty Coverage
CADEX Wheels are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the original owner for the lifetime of the product under normal and intended use. This warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
II. Warranty Registration Requirement
To receive expedited warranty coverage, the original owner must register their CADEX Wheels within 14 days of the purchase date. Registration can be completed online at CADEX Wheels Warranty Registration by providing proof of purchase and the serial number of the product. Failure to register the product within the specified timeframe may result in standard processing times for any warranty claims.
III. What CADEX Wheels are covered under this Limited Lifetime Warranty?
The CADEX Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to all CADEX wheels (CADEX 36, CADEX 50 Ultra, CADEX AR 35, CADEX Max 40, CADEX Aero 4 Spoke Disc, CADEX Aero Disc and all future models) sold after January 1, 2024.
IV. What Is Covered
This limited lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use, including:
- Manufacturing defects in wheel components.
- Defects in the structural integrity of the wheel.
V. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation.
- Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage.
- Damage resulting from accidents, collisions, or impacts.
- Modification, alteration, or unauthorized repair of the wheels.
- Replacement of consumable items, including;
Bearings, Brake pads, Ratchet rings, Bushings, Dust seal, Foam rings, Glide rings, Freewheels, Rubber, Stripped threads or bolts (aluminum, titanium, magnesium or steel), Tires, Wheel braking surfaces, Rim tape, and Quick release axles.
- Damage caused by using parts or accessories not intended for use with CADEX Wheels.
- Damage caused by non-CADEX approved brake pads or tires.
VI. Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, the original owner must contact the authorized CADEX retailer where the product was purchased, or contact CADEX Customer Service directly. Proof of purchase and registration information will be required.
The customer should also be prepared to provide the following whenever possible:
- Wheel model & serial number
- Date and place of purchase
- Proof of purchase
- Customer contact details
- Photos or videos recorded during riding and ride history on a computer
- Picture(s) of the damaged product
If the product is determined to be defective and covered under this warranty, CADEX will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product with the same or comparable model. If an identical replacement is not available, CADEX may provide a substitute of equal or greater value.
VII. Additional information
- To complete a warranty claim, the product must be returned to an authorized CADEX retailer or CADEX service center. Replacement wheels will only be delivered after the defective item is received.
- Spare parts may be used to solve the warranty claim. If a defect occurs on the rim, the original hub will be re-used.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to the authorized CADEX retailer or CADEX service center, including transport insurance.
- Repair and replacement of the wheel must be completed by an authorized CADEX service team.
VIII. The CADEX Limited Lifetime Warranty will be void if:
- The product has been modified or repaired by any person or entity other than an authorized CADEX representative in the country concerned.
- The product has been repaired with unauthorized spare parts.
- The product serial number has been removed, deleted, altered, or made illegible.
IX. Limitations of Liability
Except as is provided by this warranty and subject to all additional warranties, CADEX and its employees and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including incidental and consequential loss or damage caused by negligence or default) arising from or concerning any CADEX Wheelsystem. CADEX makes no other warranties, express or implied. All implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to that of the express warranties stated above.
Warranty duration and detail may differ by product type and/or by country. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from place to place. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
X. Governing Law
This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which the product was purchased.
